Alive! Horoscope Reports
To
provide natal, relationship, and current patterns astrology
reports, we need your date, time and place of birth as well
as credit information, which we take special pains to protect.
Our computers are not publically accessible, and we are served
by an internet service provider we believe provides appropriate
security. In any event, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share
your information. WE HATE SPAM TOO! and will not use it, though
we will ocassionally contact former customers of our products,
and mail to members of "Opt-in" lists.

course. to send you your Horoscopes by Email, we need your email
address. However, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your
data. Response-O-Matic, who manages our mailing list, also has
an anti-SPAM privacy policy.
NOTE:
If you are under 13 years of age, you must have a parent's
permission to receive mailings, enter contests, or anything
else that requires our storing your data. (the US
Children's Online Privacy Act and FTC regulations require
this as of April 21, 2000). See our Note

Contests, and Sweepstakes
At times
we may seek information to help us provide the kind of site
you want as well as design products you may be interested in.
We always distinguish between the minimum information needed
to participate – usually your email address – and
additional information we use to make decisions. You always
may choose to provide the minimum. You may also be invited to
receive an occasional mailing from Astrology Alive with major
updates and other news. You always may elect to refuse or to
discontinue such mailings. In any event we do not sell, rent,
or otherwise share the data.
Other
Issues
We do not enable cookies and collect no information without
your permission. We periodically delete usage logs. We are an
Amazon Associate and sell books at the Astrology Alive! Bookstore
on astrology and other topics. To fulfill your order Amazon
requires some personal information, such as your mailing address
and credit card number. However, Amazon does not sell or rent
information about its customers and does not return any personally
identifiable information to Astrology Alive!.

Child Privacy

am very sorry to inform you that a new US law, the "Online Child
Privacy Protection Act" won't allow us to send Barbara Schermer's
"Horoscopes by Email" to anyone under 12 years of age without
a parent's permission. Please ask a parent to read the information
below and email permission to us. We hope this is not a big
inconvenience for you. Remember, you are still free to visit
http://www.astrologyalive.com any day for your horoscope - and
when you're 13 to join up to receive them by email.

By our own estimate, over 90 percent of the Astrology Alive!
site is "G-rated," with very occasional discussion of mature
topics that might be considered "PG."
While we don't direct Astrology Alive! particularly to young
teens, quite a few find astrology fascinating and have signed
up for Barbara Schermer's Horoscopes by Email. We hope that
you will take a look at Astrology Alive! , and, if you find
